Master Bedroom - Located on the main floor, the master bedroom features a king sized bed, portable AC unit, ceiling fan, full en suite bathroom and access to the lanai Loft - Up the spiral staircase are two twin beds and a half bath Kitchen - The recently renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a quartz countertop and is fully stocked including a coffee maker and Ninja blender. Living & Dining Room - The kitchen opens to the living room and dining room, which has a dining table for 4, flatscreen smart TV, mountain views and lanai access. In the hallway closet you'll find an LG washer and dryer. Lanai - Past the golf course across the street, enjoy mountain and waterfall views from the covered lanai with seating for 6 Location - Located in Princeville on Kauai's North shore, this condo is minutes away from some of Kauai's most beautiful beaches and scenic attractions including Queen's Bath, Turtle Cave and Hideaway Beach (1 mile away), Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse and Secret Beach (10-15 minute drive). Walk to nearby Princeville Center for dining, shopping, groceries, coffee and ice cream. Amenities - The condo includes beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear. The complex has a communal pool, hot tub and BBQ area. There is one free dedicated parking space for the condo. PLEASE NOTE: There is a portable air conditioner in the master bedroom only. The condo receives a pleasant breeze and nights are typically cool, however, Summer in Hawaii can be rather warm. The loft bedrooms has a powerful ceiling fans to keep you cool but there is no AC unit upstairs.

Quiet Hours - Quiet hours in the condo complex are from 9pm to 8am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED! Road Noise - The condo faces a main road in Princeville. Although the road has a speed limit of 25 mph, has speed bumps and is not a thoroughfare, road noise may bother extra sensitive sleepers (we provide ear plugs just in case!) Parking - There is one parking permit and a designated parking spot for the condo Air Conditioning - There is a portable AC unit in the master bedroom Security camera - There is an outdoor security camera at the entryway.
